Are you passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact in the classroom? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates interested in both full-time positions and part-time flexible supply roles, making this a fantastic opportunity whether you are seeking consistent long-term work or flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle and commitments.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils acros sKey stages and classrooms, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and ensuring children receive the support they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Duties may include:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Supporting children with additional learning or behavioural needs where required
• Encouraging pupil engagement and promoting positive behaviour
• Adapting confidently to different school settings and age groups

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with children in schools, childcare, youth work or similar settings
• Have a positive, flexible and reliable attitude
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Have strong communication skills
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Have an interest in SEN support (advantageous but not required)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
