About the role
Start date: September 2026
Days / hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm
Location: Rumney, Cardiff
Salary: £92.63 – £95 a day
Teaching Personnel is looking for an experienced Primary Educator, that has previously worked within Key Stage 2 in a Primary setting. The role will consist of assisting the teacher in supporting pupils learning, this could be in a classroom setting or on a one-to-one basis. You will be expected to encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive environment.

This wonderful small Primary School based in Rumney Cardiff is federated with another small local primary school and so is a huge part of the surrounding community. The school is a warm and welcoming establishment whose ethos of care and support permeates all it does. Pupils at the school are happy and the working relationships between pupils and staff are really positive. As a result, standards of behaviour are every good. Each morning, pupils are welcomed into class and settle quickly, ready to learn.
