Are you passionate about education and motivated by helping young people achieve their potential? Whether you're an experienced teacher or a confident cover supervisor, this is a fantastic opportunity to support schools across the Great Yarmouth area and make a meaningful difference every day.

We work closely with supportive and inclusive schools that recognise the value of strong classroom support and engaging teaching. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping pupils stay motivated, build confidence, and succeed both academically and personally.

You'll be delivering or supervising engaging lessons while creating a positive and structured classroom environment where pupils can thrive.

Working across a variety of school settings, you'll support learners of different ages and abilities, helping to maintain high standards of learning, behaviour, and wellbeing.

  • Delivering or supervising planned lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Supporting pupils' academic achievement and personal growth
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting resilience
  • Creating an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support pupil progress

This is a rewarding opportunity for education professionals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a lasting impact in the classroom.

We're seeking adaptable and professional individuals who are confident working across different school environments.

You may be:

  • A qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification
  • Or an experienced cover supervisor with confidence managing a classroom independently

We're also looking for individuals who are:

  • Calm, patient, and flexible in their approach
  • Confident managing classroom behaviour and routines
  • Strong communicators who build positive relationships easily
  • Committed to supporting pupils and continuing their own professional development
