If you're looking for a fast-paced, rewarding position where every day brings something new, we'd love to hear from you.

We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support a variety of schools throughout the Greater Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while helping young people build confidence, stay motivated, and succeed in their learning.

Whether you're exploring a future in education or simply want a meaningful role where your contribution matters, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers and school staff to provide valuable support to pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs.

No two days are the same - one day you may be supporting literacy activities, the next helping pupils stay engaged and focused in class. Your encouragement and consistency will play an important role in creating a positive learning environment.

  • Supporting pupils during lessons to encourage participation and engagement
  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom routines
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress

This is a highly rewarding, people-focused role where your support can have a lasting impact on a child's education and development.

Formal qualifications aren't essential - we're more interested in your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

We'd love to hear from individuals who are:

  • Calm, patient, and dependable
  • Positive role models with a friendly and confident approach
  • Flexible and comfortable working across different school settings
  • Strong communicators who work well within a team

Previous experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care settings is beneficial, but not required.

We believe in supporting our staff just as much as our schools and pupils. When you join us, you'll benefit from:

  • Ongoing CPD training and development opportunities
  • A Guaranteed Work Scheme for eligible applicants
  • Competitive weekly pay
  • Additional pay for longer journeys or extended hours
  • Easy-to-use online systems and booking processes
  • Continued support from a dedicated consultant

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle, as travel between schools may sometimes be required at short notice.
