Pay: £85 – £100 per day

We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within welcoming schools across the Havant area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students across a variety of age groups and abilities while working as part of a supportive school team.

You will play an important role in helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment for all pupils.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students within the classroom environment
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and activities
• Working with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Encouraging engagement and participation in learning
• Supporting students with additional learning needs
• Helping to maintain a positive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
• Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Good organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
