Looking for a role where every day is different and genuinely rewarding?

We're currently recruiting motivated and adaptable individuals to join us as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting a range of schools across the Thetford and Bury St. Edmunds area. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.

If you're reliable, proactive, and keen to make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role
You'll work closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils with a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. No two days will be the same, but your support will make a meaningful difference every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting pupils during lessons to help them stay focused and engaged
  • Assisting with literacy and numeracy tasks
  • Encouraging positive behaviour through clear guidance and consistency
  • Helping to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and staff to support pupil progress

This is a practical, people-focused role where you'll directly contribute to pupils' development and success.

What We're Looking For
You don't need formal qualifications - we value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn above all else.

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Calm, dependable, and resilient
  • Positive role models with a confident and approachable manner
  • Flexible and open to working across different school settings
  • Strong communicators who work well within a team

Experience in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, or care is beneficial, but not essential.

What You'll Receive

  • Access to ongoing training and development (CPD)
  • Guaranteed Work Scheme (for eligible applicants), offering financial consistency
  • Competitive weekly pay
  • Additional pay for longer travel or extended hours
  • Easy-to-use online systems
  • Continued support from a dedicated consultant

Essential Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, as you may need to travel between schools at short notice.
