The Role
We are looking for a committed professional to support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in their learning, development, and independence
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage and celebrate student progress and achievements

• A caring, patient, and resilient approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children with special needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
