As a teaching assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with their day-to-day activities, providing them with the guidance and assistance they need to succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist underachieving pupils in their academic tasks and activities
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
• Collaborate with teachers to create personalized learning plans for students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
• Support students with special educational needs or disabilities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young adults preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students facing challenges
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous
