TP Tutors are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who strive to make a difference in children’s lives by helping them achieving their academic goals in the Darlington area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who strives to support children and help them maximise their full potential with their education. This role may involve working with children outside of a mainstream setting.

TA Requirements:

  • HLTA/TA experience
  • Experience of working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.
  • An Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase one via TP Tutors (support for obtaining one can be provided)
  • Professional references from your two most recent employers, totalling 24 months from a 10-year career history.
