In line with our dedication to quality education, we are excited to welcome a passionate Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to our team. The school are looking for someone to provide additional support to children in the classroom on a personal and academic basis.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the educational experience of our students in the field of psychology. You will assist in classroom activities, provide academic support to students, and contribute to the development of engaging course materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff members in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Offer personalized support to students through one-on-one sessions and group activities, fostering academic growth and confidence.
  • Assist in assessing student performance by assisting with grading work and other assessments with accuracy and fairness.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed to ensure smooth teaching operations.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success.
