Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Salary: £83.85 - £100 Per day

  • Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-on-one assistance to pupils
  • Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
  • Helping to prepare educational materials and resources
  • Supporting children with special educational needs
  • Supervising pupils during break times and outings
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A relevant teaching assistant qualification or working towards one

Experience working in a school or educational setting

  • Understanding of classroom dynamics and pupil behaviour management
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
  • Basic IT skills
  • First Aid certification
  • Training in safeguarding and child protection
  • Working hours may vary but expected to work full-time
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Working closely with teachers and students in a school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
