Our programme, Future Teachers, is designed to offer graduates an opportunity to enter the teaching profession. It provides two years of full-time, paid experience and, upon completion, participants will earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), making them fully qualified teachers.

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Computer Science, Languages, or Physical Education. However, all specialisations will be considered, as we can provide Subject Knowledge Enhancement Courses if needed.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn throughout the programme.
  • A genuine desire to support and empower young people, helping them achieve their educational potential.
  • Availability to work full-time starting in September 2024.
  • Potential to be taken onto a permanent salaried contract after 15 weeks.
