**Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant for Year 3 Class**

**Position:** Teaching Assistant - Year 3 Class Support 

**Location:**CF3 area of Cardiff  

**Start Date:** As soon as possible 

**Contract:** Full-time, until the end of the academic year initially 

**Salary:** £83.85 per day 

**Role and Responsibilities:**

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of Year 3 students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff members to create and implement effective teaching strategies.

**Requirements:**

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Adaptability and resilience to meet the diverse needs of students and handle various classroom situations.
• A child workforce enhanced DBS (registered on the update service)
• Register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
• Provide 24 months of references
