Teaching Personnel are working with schools in the Charmouth and Bridport area of Dorset that require Teaching Assistants to support schools’ ability to provide strong and encouraging learning environment.

Role:

• Teaching Assistant – Full-time, Part-time, Block and Ad-hoc positions available.
• Supporting pupils across Key stage one and Key stage 2, working 1:1 or on a small group basis.
• Gain essential experience working across the year groups in the primary school setting.
• Assisting the class teacher with classroom engagement and behaviour management.

Desirables:

• Experience working with Children or vulnerable adults.
• Background in support work, care work and summer camps would be a great fit for a Teaching Assistant role.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding.
• Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (Teaching Personnel can assist you with this if needed.
