Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in the Honiton area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into education.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting classroom activities, assisting teachers, and providing individualised support to students.

Key responsibilities include:

-          Assisting teachers in lesson preparation and delivery

-          Providing one-on-one and small group support to students

-          Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment

-          Supporting classroom management and behaviour strategies

-          Effectively communicating with teachers and students
