Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join one of brilliant schools in the Barnstaple area. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and help contribute to the academic success of students.

As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities, assisting teachers and providing individual support to students. This is a excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in education.

Key responsibilities –

-          Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons

-          Provide one on one and small group support to students

-          Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

-          Support classroom management and behaviour strategies

-          Communicate effectively with teachers and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
