Join our Future Teachers programme and embark on a rewarding journey to enter the teaching profession. This two-year, full-time, paid experience will lead to achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Humanities, Computer Science, Languages, or Physical Education. However, all specialisations will be considered, as we offer Subject Knowledge Enhancement Courses if needed.
  • We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to support and empower young people, helping them achieve their educational potential.
  • You must be available to work full-time starting in September 2024.

As a participant in our programme, you will have the opportunity to take on various roles, including classroom support, cover supervising (leading planned lessons), and one-to-one work with students.

During the programme, you will be paid a minimum of £90 per day. After 15 weeks, the school will have the opportunity to offer you a permanent contract with a salary of over £20,000.
