Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the nursery class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged between 3 to 4 years old.
• Assist with the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring that learning experiences are stimulating and play-based.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through positive interactions and activities both indoors and outdoors.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment that meets the individual needs of each child.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with nursery age children, either in a nursery setting or early years education environment.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• An understanding of the EYFS framework and principles of child-centered learning.
