Salary: £83 - £85 Per day

  • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students in the classroom
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require extra help
  • Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Prepare materials and resources for lessons as directed by the teacher
  • Assist with marking and assessing student work
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Level or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children or in an educational environment
  • Understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid certification
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Work in a school setting with children and educational staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
