Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a pivotal role in supporting classroom teachers and providing assistance to students with SEMH needs. You will work closely with individuals and small groups, delivering targeted interventions, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic progress and personal growth. Your role will be integral in providing additional support to students facing social, emotional, and mental health challenges, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.

This is a great opportunity for someone considering a career change and have a passion supporting pupils with additional needs. As mentioned previous experience or transferable skills are great but are not necessary.
Due to the needs of the pupils and the importance of continuity for them, we will only be able to consider applicants that can work full time hours Monday – Friday with an 8:30 start.
We also cannot offer sponsorship at this time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
