Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:

• As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide classroom support to students across various year groups, including those within the SEN Unit.
• You will assist students with their learning activities, providing one-on-one support and guidance where necessary.
• Collaborating closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO, you will help implement individual education plans and adapt learning materials to meet student's diverse needs.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, you will support student's social and emotional development, promoting their well-being and academic progress.

Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for supporting student's learning and development, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education, SEN, or childcare are desirable but not essential.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children with diverse learning needs.
