Are you hoping to pursue a career in teaching or perhaps you are looking to gain valuable experience working in a school?

We are currently working on behalf of our schools across Surrey who are looking for new Primary, Secondary and SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants.

Successful candidates will be supporting students across all Key Stages, provide a caring hand to all pupils, and assist the teacher with organising work and the classroom.

We pride ourselves on the quality of teachers and support staff we provide, and give you the opportunity to grow through various courses accessible on our CPD Academy and gaining valuable experience within the classroom. No matter who you are, at what stage in your career ladder you are, we can help you develop.


What will I be doing?

  • Guiding students through their individualised learning plans
  • Creating a haven of support and inclusion within our classrooms
  • Working 1:1 and within a team to ensure support with learning and behaviour for our young people
  • Keeping track of student progress and celebrating their victories
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are effectively followed at all times


What are we looking for?

  • Someone who takes constructive feedback and consistently improves
  • A genuine passion for guiding children and supporting young people
  • The ability to engage, inspire, and connect with young minds
  • The adaptability to cater to the diverse needs of our exceptional students
  • Someone who holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service or is willing to apply for one
  • Patience, empathy, and a heart filled with understanding!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
