Teaching Assistant – Lunch Time Supervisor

An outstanding special needs school in South Croydon is looking for members of agency staff to work as a teaching assistant and/or a lunch time supervisor on a temporary basis to begin with (regular and permanent work available later in the academic year if you like the school).

You will be supporting children across the primary and secondary age range who have special needs, including many who are wheelchair users. Personal care will be a considerable part of your role, so please apply if you are comfortable providing personal care.

  • Working hours can be 8:45am – 3:30pm; 9am – 1:40pm; 12:10pm – 1:40pm; 12:10pm – 3:30pm
  • £10.20/hour is the minimum pay rate
  • Support and care for children with physical disabilities
  • School based in South Croydon
  • Full time or part time work available

You will be working in a school with fantastic SEN facilities including dark and light sensory rooms, hydrotherapy provision, custom built classrooms and large outdoor spaces where they can do gardening and play.
