Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals requiring additional support.

Education: A relevant qualification in support work, education, or a related field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively liaising with students, staff, and parents.
