Teaching Personnel is supporting a number of well-regarded secondary, SEN, SEMH, and Alternative Provision schools across Liverpool with their September staffing requirements. We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join schools across the city on long-term, full-time placements for the new academic year.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students engage with their education, supporting both academic achievement and personal development. You'll work with pupils who may face additional challenges in the classroom, including SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and behavioural barriers to learning.
These positions offer the opportunity to become a valued member of a school community, working closely with experienced teachers and support staff to ensure every young person has the tools and encouragement needed to succeed.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping young people reach their full potential. You will have a calm, empathetic nature and be confident supporting students who may require additional encouragement and guidance throughout the school day.
Whether your background is in education, youth work, mentoring, support work, residential care, or community-based roles, you'll be able to build strong relationships and positively influence student outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
