Teaching Assistant - SEMH & Behaviour Support New

Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full time, long-term

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support within a specialist behaviour provision in Bolton.

This role is suited to someone who is confident supporting pupils with SEMH needs and can provide structure, consistency and strong relationship-building.

• Supporting pupils with behaviour and engagement
• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting with structured learning activities
• Supporting emotional regulation
• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff

• Experience within SEMH or behaviour settings
• Resilient and confident approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
