Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Full Time
Swansea (SA1 area)
From after May half term until July 2027 (term time only)
£92.63 per day (via Teaching Personnel)

Experience in roles such as customer service, care work, coaching, or childcare can be highly relevant.

• Supporting the teacher with classroom activities
• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting with reading, writing, and numeracy tasks
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting during break times and school activities

We’re committed to supporting you throughout your role. You’ll receive:

• Ongoing CPD opportunities, including safeguarding training and behaviour/ALN training
• Guidance and support from a dedicated consultant throughout the process

To work in this role, you’ll need to complete standard compliance checks, including obtaining an enhanced DBS. Don’t worry – we’ll guide you through the process and support you every step of the way.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
