Teaching Assistant Early Years

I am currently working with a client who are looking to recruit two full time members of staff to work across the county for the remainder of the academic year.  Specifically they require a level 3 EYFS teaching assistant. Please see below requirements:

• Working peripatetically as part of the EY High Incidence Needs Team across nurseries and EY settings in Gateshead.
• Must have experience of working in Early Years settings and have the confidence to work into nursery settings.
• Requirement to work flexibly across Gateshead and travel independently to settings or have access to mobility support.
• Experience of working independently and as part of a team.
• Effective use of ICT to support learning is essential along with excellent Literacy and communication skills.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week) 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30-4.00pm on Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
