Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across the BB6 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to make a positive impact within an educational setting.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
  • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and academic progress.
  • Assist with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks when required.
  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
