This rewarding role will involve supporting either one pupil on a 1:1 basis or a small group of learners, depending on the needs of the school. You will play a key role in helping children stay engaged, build confidence, and reach their full potential within a positive learning environment, while also contributing positively to the wider school community through teamwork, school activities, and supporting the school's inclusive ethos.
The role:
- Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position
- Immediate or September start available
- Supporting one pupil or small groups throughout the school day
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and learning support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Contributing to the wider school community and promoting a positive learning culture

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or be prepared to register
- Be able to provide two professional references
