🌟 Who We're Looking ForWe're interested in hearing from:
Experienced Primary Teachers looking for their next opportunity, as well as

You'll ideally have:
- QTS or ECT status.
- At least 6 months' UK classroom experience.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A creative, enthusiastic and child-focused approach.
- The confidence to adapt to different classroom environments.
ECTs: Teaching placements can be considered as relevant classroom experience.
✅ What You'll NeedBefore starting work, you'll need to complete Smile Education's registration and compliance process, including:
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Two years of employment and/or education references, including at least one reference relating to working with children.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Verification of your identity and qualifications.
