As a Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment
• Supervise classes and ensure students remain engaged and on task
• Support students’ learning and classroom participation
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Work flexibly across a range of subjects and school settings
• Complete attendance records and relevant school procedures

• Are an FQT or have experience working with children or young people
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills
• Are organised, reliable, and adaptable
• Are available for flexible supply work from September
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
