Teaching Personnel are in need of Teachers in Weymouth! We are working with several schools in the area for day-to-day supply and long-term cover roles.

Supply Teaching is a great way to control the hours you work, giving yourself more time at home and less time planning or marking. Alternatively a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step back and spend more time at home.

Bookings consist of day to day, week long and long-term bookings depending on your preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Covering from Rec to Year 6 OR have a specific Key Stage Specialism.
  • Be contactable from 7am in the morning if happy to work day to day cover.
  • Block out your diary to advise us when you are free to work.
  • Providing a welcoming and creative and inclusive environment.
  • Delivering pre-planned work provided by current Teacher.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience of teaching primary KS1 or KS2
  • QTS – (Fully qualified teacher status)
  • Enhanced DBS Child Only certificate that is on the update service. (Teaching Personnel can assist with this)
  • Safeguarding Course certificate.

Desirable (optional):

  • Knowledge & experience working with SEN pupils.
  • Experience working with adults with special requirements or learning difficulties.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
