Role Overview:
As a Future Teacher on our programme, you will work as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools across Andover.
Responsibilities:
Covering lessons during teacher absences, ensuring students continue learning effectively.
Supervising the class and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Supporting students with their coursework and exam preparation.
Participating in school activities and collaborating with staff to support student development.

During Placement, You Will:
Maintain a journal to document your experiences and reflections.
Observe lessons within your subject specialism and others to broaden your teaching knowledge.
Learn effective differentiation, behaviour management, and other key teaching skills.
Familiarize yourself with school policies and the curriculum.
