Position: Teacher of Social Sciences (Permanent)

About the Role: We are seeking an inspirational Social Sciences teacher who can make learning fun and engaging for our students. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning and committed to enabling every student to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Social Sciences lessons, focusing on Psychology and Health & Social Care.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Use innovative teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Social Sciences department and across the academy to share best practices and resources.
- Support the academic and personal development of students, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Social Sciences at secondary level.
- Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students through creative and dynamic teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Open to applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators seeking a new opportunity.
