Position: Psychology Teacher

Location: Watford

Teaching Personnel are working with Schools in and around the Watford area and are currently seeking Fully Qualified Teachers of Psychology to join our team from the Easter break.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering (and potentially designing) lessons that cover a range of psychology topics, in line with the curriculum.
  • Using a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire students, including practical activities and discussions.
  • Supporting students in their understanding of key psychological concepts and theories.
  • Providing constructive feedback on student work and assessments.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and develop their interest in psychology.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities and projects.

 
Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Teaching psychology.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to enhancing the educational experiences of students.
