Key Details: Start Date: September 2024 Location: Andover, Hampshire ⏰ Full-Time Position ‍ Teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 Longer-term position with potential transition to temp-to-perm

What You'll Do:

  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Teach across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4, providing tailored support to meet the social, emotional, and academic needs of students.
  • Foster positive relationships and build trust with students, helping them develop resilience, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for supporting students' social and emotional well-being, both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, helping them develop essential life skills and overcome barriers to learning.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers with experience in nurturing and supporting students' social and emotional development.
  • ECTs qualifying this year are encouraged to apply.
  • Unqualified teachers with relevant experience or a passion for supporting students' well-being are also welcome to apply.
  • Empathetic individuals with a genuine commitment to helping every student reach their full potential.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
