Swimming Teaching Assistant

£85 - £95 per day

• Assist swimming instructors with teaching swimming techniques and water safety to students with Special Educational Needs
• Provide support to students during swimming lessons
• Ensure the safety of students in and around the pool area
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the swimming facility

• Experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in swimming instruction or coaching is desirable
• Knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organisational skills

This role requires working in an indoor swimming pool environment. The candidate must be comfortable working in a water-based setting with children with additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
