Bonus: £1,500 welcome bonus*
Location: Residential Home (Cambridge area)
Hours: 40 hours per week (part-time available, minimum 24 hours)
Training: Full training provided + funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care after probation

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly rated, specialist residential setting (CQC Outstanding) supporting young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs.

Set within 14 acres of beautiful grounds, this service provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young adults are empowered to develop independence and transition into adulthood.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of young adults by providing both practical and emotional support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care (toileting, dressing, hygiene, and appearance)
  • Supporting health and medical needs 
  • Helping in therapies such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy 
  • Encouraging independence and choice in daily activities
  • Supporting activities like:
    • Shopping trips ️
    • Outdoor and forestry sessions
    • Creative activities
    • Social outings (yes—even trips to the pub!) ️

*Welcome bonus paid in two instalments: 50% after successful probation and 50% after one year of service.
