Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have the skills and dedication to support students in their academic journey? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Tutors to join our team in Northamptonshire. 

Position: Support Tutor

As a Support Tutor, you will play a vital role in assisting students with their educational needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and support required to excel academically. Your primary responsibilities will include:

-                  Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.

-                  Assisting students in understanding and completing their coursework, assignments, and projects.

-                  Providing additional support to students with special educational needs or learning difficulties.

-                  Developing individualised learning plans and strategies to address students' unique challenges.

-                  Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

-          To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues.

-          A patient and empathetic approach to understanding students' individual needs and challenges.

-          Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies to adapt teaching methods accordingly.

-          Online classroom platform- to enable you to deliver online tuition to students in a virtual environment. This platform offers all the tools you will require to deliver online tuition and is recorded for safeguarding purposes and for revision purposes.

-          Hourly rate of £25- £30 which is paid weekly

-          Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
