The RoleAs a Secondary Cover Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Keep students engaged, focused and on task.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments.
- Support students with their learning and individual needs.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
- Previous experience working in UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic individuals.
- Teachers who are comfortable working across different schools and settings.
