Salary: £173–£180 per day
Supply Hive Wales is looking for confident and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply teaching team, supporting schools in Cardiff with both short-term and long-term staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of supportive school communities and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.
We welcome applications from newly qualified and experienced teachers.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver engaging lessons based on the Curriculum for Wales.
- Maintain excellent classroom and behaviour management to create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and equality policies at all times.
What you'll need:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting (placements or paid roles).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to teach across Nursery to Year 6.
- A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
