The RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons using pre-planned resources across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Maintain a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment.
- Keep students focused, engaged and on task throughout lessons.
- Follow individual school policies and procedures.
- Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching environments.
- Support students with their learning and individual needs.
- Provide feedback or a brief handover to school staff where required.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
- Experience working within UK secondary schools.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A flexible, adaptable and positive approach.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic teachers.
- Teachers who are comfortable working across different schools and adapting to new environments.
