Teaching Personnel is currently working with a number of secondary schools in Sturminster Newton and the surrounding areas, who are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join them from September 2026.

Supply teaching is an excellent option for teachers who want greater flexibility over their working week while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom. It also provides the opportunity to experience different school environments and build valuable professional experience.

We have a range of opportunities available across mainstream secondary schools, supporting pupils throughout KS3 and KS4.

Roles may include:

  • Day-to-day supply teaching

  • Short-term and long-term assignments

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Potential temp-to-perm and permanent positions
