Smile Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in the West Midlands area.

As a Supply Teacher, you will be covering a range of classes across the school, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task. No two days need to be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy a varied and flexible role.
The RoleYour responsibilities may include:
- Covering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Creating a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapting quickly to different classrooms, subjects and school settings.
- Supporting students with their learning and responding appropriately to their individual needs.
- Completing any necessary handover notes for the regular class teacher.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teachers and ECTs.
- Previous experience working within UK secondary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A confident and adaptable approach to working across different subjects.
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, reliability and a genuine passion for education.
