Teaching Personnel are recruiting Supply Teachers to support mainstream primary schools throughout Darwen. We are looking for dedicated and adaptable teachers to fulfil daily, medium-term, and long-term supply requirements on an ongoing basis.

This role offers excellent flexibility while allowing you to gain experience across a range of school settings and age groups.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across primary year groups.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Follow lesson plans and school procedures.
  • Assess and support pupils' progress where required.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Contribute positively to the wider school community.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working within UK primary schools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt confidently to new environments.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to apply for one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
