Teaching Personnel is currently working with a number of secondary schools across Blandford Forum and the surrounding areas, who are seeking dependable, adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join them from September 2026.

Supply teaching is a fantastic option for teachers who want greater control over their working week, while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom and gaining experience across different secondary school environments.

We have a variety of supply positions available within mainstream secondary schools, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Opportunities can include:

  • Day-to-day supply teaching

  • Short-term and longer-term assignments

  • Weekly or half-term placements

  • Potential temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities

We're keen to hear from:

  • Qualified Secondary Teachers with QTS or QTLS
