Teaching Personnel is currently supporting a number of mainstream secondary schools in Shaftesbury and the surrounding areas who are looking for dependable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

With a range of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term assignments available, supply teaching can be an ideal choice for teachers seeking greater flexibility, a better work-life balance, or the opportunity to gain experience across different school environments.

We have regular supply opportunities available across mainstream secondary schools, working with students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Assignments may include:

• Day-to-day supply teaching

• Short-term and longer-term placements

• Full-time or part-time opportunities

• Weekly and half-term assignments

• Potential temp-to-perm and permanent positions
