Teaching Personnel is currently working with a range of secondary schools across Weymouth and the surrounding areas, who are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Supply Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

With a variety of day-to-day, short-term and longer-term opportunities available, supply teaching is an excellent option for teachers looking for greater flexibility, a better work-life balance, or the opportunity to experience different secondary school settings.

We have regular supply work available across mainstream secondary schools, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Opportunities can include:

  • Day-to-day supply teaching

  • Short-term and longer-term placements

  • Full-time and part-time positions

  • Weekly or half-term assignments

  • Potential temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities

We're keen to hear from:

  • Qualified Secondary Teachers with QTS or QTLS
