Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a variety of primary schools across Didcot and the surrounding areas.

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of schools, gaining diverse experience while making a positive impact on pupils' education.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of year groups
• Follow school planning and policies to ensure a smooth learning experience
• Create a positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and teaching requirements
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within UK schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A flexible and professional approach to teaching
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
